Careers

Make A Real Difference In Your Student’s Life.

Fusion’s small campuses and even smaller class sizes (just one teacher and one student per classroom) allow all of our teachers and staff to make a real impact on each student both personally and academically.

Here are a few things to consider before joining our team:

- Our first concern is the relationship we’re building with our students - after love and trust is established, then learning can happen.

- We are family – we encourage authenticity, creativity, and personal and professional growth for each of our employees.

- Classroom management is very different with just one student.

- Teachers and staff collaborate with each other, leveraging the strengths of the student to find a learning modality that works for each individual student.

- Teaching to the test doesn’t exist here. We focus on mastery learning and critical thinking.

Are you ready to make a big difference in kids’ lives? Are you frustrated by ‘teach to the test’ techniques and one-size-fits-all approaches? Fusion could be your school. Check out our positions listed below to apply and tell us why you’d be a perfect fit for Fusion.
